WORKSHOPS!
I cherish teaching people how to feel better in their own bodies in all of their movement practices. I teach the teachers and the avid practitioners. While my background and teaching affiliation is through Pilates, all workshops can be formatted for yoga or fitness.

Have you ever had that sense that you just couldn’t “find” a muscle, or that you couldn’t “get out of your neck/back/hip flexors”?
It is likely that a compensation/inhibition relationship that starts at the motor control center exists. Using neuromuscular techniques we illuminate some of our compensations, reset them, and feel more connected through your entire body in your movement practice.
re.Align
A movement class exploring the 3 planes of motion – sagittal, frontal, and transverse. Working supine, seated, prone, and standing we will explore movement possibilities increasing range of motion, mobility and even challenge your sense of balance!
re.Bel
Dare to break ‘rules’ of movement and explore moving differently- bridging the gap between organic movement and the focused movements of Pilates. We will tap into the nervous system’s ability to self organize into movement patterns to find a more natural strength.
re.Set
When we are unable to get to our favorite practitioner, ie massage, or cranial sacral, or instructor, but we need some TLC…

Rotation & anti rotation- exploring the qualities of rotation in the body in terms of both flexibility and stability.
